Mindfullness is the opposite of autopilot. You can apply it continuously at any time of the day.
By focusing more on what you are doing at that moment. It's not something you do, it's more of a way of doing something.
Be open and look at yourself in a different way and gain knowledge and skills to effectively relax and reflect on what is happening within yourself that allows you to deal better with stress. A fun and instructive research through attention exercises stimulates your senses and also helps your breathing to reconnect with your body, and you spend less of the day in your head.
Learning to switch between being ON and OFF increases your energy, you sleep and recover better, and it's very good for your mood, so it's also great for your environment!:)
