Stay fit during your holiday and make free use of our gym. The Fit & Zen Zone is open daily from 08:30 to 21:30 and is freely accessible to our guests with a personal code that you receive from us. Reservations for sports and yoga classes can be made via 'MY DE LAKENS'.

During the holiday periods there is also yoga class on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 08:30 to 09:30.

Yin Yang Yoga


Yang stands for movement, stretching the muscles and action in the body. This will always be a small part of a Yin-Yang yoga class. After the Yang we slowly descend into the Yin. Yin yoga is the opposite of hurried Western life. It is a yoga form where peace & softness are central. Physically, the poses in Yin yoga are aimed at strengthening and relaxing the connective tissue, joints and deeper muscles.

This lesson focuses on (kick) boxing. Here the kids learn about the technique of (kick) boxing and work on their strength and condition. In the room the punching bags and gloves are ready, are you ready for it?
