FIT & ZEN ZONE
Stay fit during your holiday and make free use of our gym. The Fit & Zen Zone is open daily from 08:30 to 21:30 and is freely accessible to our guests with a personal code that you receive from us. Reservations for yoga classes can be made via 'My de Lakens'.
During the holiday periods there is also yoga class on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 08:30 to 09:30.

Personal training & tailored small group training! Julian focuses on you and the goals you want to achieve. This could be, for example, better fitness, muscle growth, fat burning, etc. All levels are welcome.

Kids boxing gym

During the Kids Boxing Gym group lessons, children and teenagers learn boxing in a playful manner. The training is accessible and safe for every child. Both boys and girls participate. Through various game elements, the children get acquainted with boxing. They work with pads, gloves, and punching bags.
