Sustainable
The vast majority of the items we are selling inside the reception shop, are made of sustainable materials or recycled products. The clothing has been made from a good quality, sustainable cotton and we have various unique items for sale made of plastic waste from the ocean and other restproducts.
'Juttersgeluk' believes in the power of connection: together we can fight against the environmental issue called Plastic Soup. The employees go to the beach to gather waste on a daily basis, prevent it from being dragged to the sea (again). Then, they create new products in the most innovating way. This is done with coworkers who are unable to participate in the regular job market. Juttersgeluk also organizes beachcombing activities and recycle projects on commission. In this way they increase awareness about sustainability and the environment within large groups of people. They create valuable work in which people feel good and where they participate within a circulair economy.
