From September 12 to 14, the Surfana Festival kicks off. Three days full of surfing, live music, creative workshops, food trucks, and laid-back vibes.

Embracing the coast lifestyle
Amidst the dunes, close to the coast and surrounded by the Zuid-Kennemerland National Park. From Camping de Lakens you are within 100 steps on the beach. With us everything revolves around an active lifestyle but also the art of relaxing. Take a dip in the sea and then in the sauna, ride a few waves, enjoy a wonderful massage and stay fit in our gym. While the sun sets and the children have fun in one of the playgrounds, enjoy the terrace of Restaurant Gestrand.

Since Formula 1 is taking place at the Zandvoort Circuit, Camping de Lakens has been colored orange during the race weekend. 2026 will be the last time Formula 1 will be held in the Netherlands.
Surfana Festival: September 12-14
From September 12 to 14, 2025, Camping de Lakens becomes the backdrop for Surfana Festival a unique weekend filled with music, nature, art, workshops, and good vibes.
Bison area opened
Between september 1st 2024 and March 1st 2026 the Bison route of 3 kilometres in National Park Zuid-Kennemerland will be open for public.
