8.30 am – YOGA 16+ / ZEN ZONE
Our yoga instructor is ready and waiting, come join our yoga class. Price €13,50
11 am – BOOTCAMP 16+ / ZEN ZONE
Forget about relaxing, it’s time for exercising and hard work. Price €13,50

11 am – PUNCHING BAG TRAINING 16+ / ZEN ZONE
Wanna be fit and Zen? In that case this training is for you. Price €13,50
7 pm – BIRDWATCHING (ALL AGES) / ZEN ZONE
We’re going to explore the dunes and watch the extraordinary birds that live in the area.
Monday – 1 May
3:30 pm – BEACH TRAWLING 6+ / WE GATHER AT THE ZEP ZONE
Gjalt is going to show you how to fish with a trawl net. Price €5,-
Tuesday – 2 May
10 am – HIKING TOUR 14+ / WE GATHER AT THE RECEPTION
Join our guide, hike through the Kennermer Dunes and discover the beauty of Dutch nature.
10 am – COME TOGETHER! 6+ / PLAYGROUND
Today the kids will build their own village at the playground. You should take a look or bring your children and join the fun.
15.00 uur - ICE BATH SESION 16+/FIT&ZEN ZONE
This workshop will come back to your inner strength. Will we see you at the Wim Hof ice bath training! per person €13,50.
